Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) Class

Service Description

The Canine Good Citizenship Group Class (CGC) is a 6 session course that focuses on the CGC test items as put forth by the AKC. Whether you are looking to CGC certify your dog for a specific reason….ie: taking your dog to work with you, therapy dog work, or any other requirements…..or you just want a well mannered dog, this class if for you! The CGC consists of 10 test items. The goal of our 6 sessions together is to acquaint you with the test items, train your dog to each of them, and then test at the final session. If your dog does not pass WHO CARES? I can retest you at any time. This class is for all dogs over the age of 8 months. There is no pre-requisite and dogs do not need to be spayed or neutered to take this class.
