Grooming Reservation Request

Currently Woof Academy is offering bathing and grooming services to customers in the Woof Academy Membership Program. Please use this form to submit your grooming request and desired date, and a staff member will be in touch to confirm your reservation.

All grooming services are performed Monday - Friday while your dog is in session.

Note: We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests, but generally we need at least 48 hours to schedule a grooming service.

Notes for the Groomer

I understand there is a 48 hour cancellation policy for grooming services, and I will be billed for late cancellations or no-shows.

Thank you for your Grooming Request. For any requests received before 12pm we do our best to respond the same business day. For requests after 12pm, expect to hear back from us the next business day.
