DAY CAMP POLICIES

  • What is the difference between a Membership and a Pack?
    Memberships are designed for customers who come on a regular basis, don't want to worry about being charged for last minute cancellations, and want the most cost effective rates. With memberships you never have to worry about losing your standing reservation if you need to cancel frequently. Think of Memberships much like gym membership - the cost is time based - not per-use based. With packages, you only pay for the sessions you use, but we require 24 hour notice of cancellation for any reason in order to avoid being charged for that session - this is so we can staff appropriately. Also, with packages, if you cancel your sessions frequently, you may end up losing your standing reservation so we can offer it to new customers on our waitlist who are interested in those sessions. (We would always offer you a membership option first if cancellations are too frequent.)
  • What if I can't make a session or need to cancel ?
    No problem. There are no cancellation charges for members. Your membership reserves your spot in your scheduled sessions. You don't need to call or fill out a cancellation request if you are not interested in making up that session. If you need to cancel and want a makeup session you must cancel at least 24 hours before that session and reschedule your session to occur within 7 days of the cancellation. Please fill out our cancellation form and indicate you would like to schedule a makeup in the notes section. Please note: Since our sessions are specific to a dog's age, size, and temperament not all dogs can attend all sessions, and makeup space may be limited or not available for your dog * All 6 Month Membership pricing is based on 24 consecutive weeks of attendance. We include 2 additional weeks on top of that to cover for rain delays, vacations, and missed sessions.
  • What happens if it rains?
    You can check our current session status right HERE. We update this link daily as needed if weather is inclement. For any sessions cancelled due to rain, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will extend your membership package by the number of sessions you were unable to attend due to a closure. * All 6 Month Membership pricing is based on 24 consecutive weeks of attendance. We include 2 additional weeks on top of that to cover for rain delays, vacations, and missed sessions.
  • What happens if my dog is boarding with you while they are enrolled?
    For any of your regularly scheduled sessions that occur while you are boarding with us we will extend your enrollment package by the same number of sessions that occurred while your pup was boarding.
  • Do you offer discounts for more than one dog?
    For multi dog households we offer up to 25% package discounts for additional dogs who attend the same sessions together.
  • What happens if we go on vacation during our membership or my dog gets sick?
    For six month memberships you have the option of putting the membership on hold for up to two weeks. Please just let us know ahead of time when you will be out of town, and we can extend your membership for up to two weeks. Please note that when we extend your membership, your monthly billing does not change and is still due at the same time. * All 6 Month Membership pricing is based on 24 consecutive weeks of attendance. We include 2 additional weeks on top of that to cover for rain delays, vacations, and missed sessions.
  • What about transports?
    If you are interested in a membership that includes transports, shoot us an email at info@woof-academy.com and we can put together pricing for you depending on your location and whether you need one-way or two-way transports.
